The Epicenter of Worship Neighborhood Wellness Center collaborates with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Ingham County Health Department.

We provide preventative healthcare: screenings, flu shots, COVID-19, Blood Pressure, and Glucose for Diabetes, and a community health worker is onsite to help people with housing, transportation, health insurance, and other needs.
